About The RoleWe’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to join our team as the Associate Director, Merchandising Attribution Strategy & Enablement. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind how we define, manage, and optimize product attribution, ensuring customers find the right products with ease, while driving measurable business outcomes. You’ll lead efforts to streamline processes and drive the attribution precision needed to enhance & deliver overarching product description accuracy. Sitting at the intersection of Merchandising, Operations and Site Experience, this role is key to delivering a best-in-class customer journey and unlocking growth through scalable, intelligent attribution strategies.

What You Get To Do Everyday

Lead Attribution Strategy & Be a Cross-Functional Liaison 

  • Align attribution strategy with merchandising objectives, customer behavior, and market standards.

  • Serve as the key point of connection between Site Merchandising, Pricing, Category Merchants, and Operations.

  • Identify gaps in models, current tools, or processes and lead cross-functional initiatives to address them.

  • Work closely with Pricing & Analytics teams to identify value-driving attributes and promote strategies to increase coverage.

  • Partner with Tech and Analytics to recommend opportunities backed by data to deliver business impact.

Drive Operational Accuracy & Efficiency

  • Oversee the execution of attribution across automated and manual workflows, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with operations to improve process efficiency and solve for data and flow discrepancies. 

  • Track coverage across key attributes like size, fit, and measurements.

 

Own Reporting & Performance Metrics

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track attribution fill rates, accuracy, SLA adherence, and business impact.

  • Leverage internal data in tandem with customer contacts and sentiment to address issues holistically.

  • Use insights to make informed recommendations and set performance targets.

Implement Scalable Quality Control

  • Partner with Operations to establish and lead a comprehensive QC strategy that ensures long-term accuracy and consistency by efficiently highlighting areas of opportunity.

  • Continuously optimize quality assurance processes for both internal and offshore teams.

Enable Standards

  • Develop and maintain a centralized attribution playbook in partnership with Merchandising teams.

  • Define category and brand-specific standards to ensure consistency across the product catalog.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in merchandising operations, site experience, product content management, or related fields (e-commerce strongly preferred).

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact

  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting tools and using data to influence strategy.

  • Ability to use data to tell a story for multiple stakeholder levels, inclusive of executives. 

  • Experience managing process optimization and implementing scalable operational solutions.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The expected salary range for this role is $150,000.00-$175,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
