Associate Director - E&C and Legal Training and Messaging

The Associate Director of E&C and Legal Training and Messaging will lead the creation and implementation of legal and compliance training and communications.
Additionally, this role will design and execute change strategies that enable successful adoption of new legal and compliance processes, technologies, and initiatives.
Training & Communications
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of training solutions for prioritized legal, compliance, and integrated risk management topics.
Develop training and communication plans to support the implementation of identified legal, compliance, and integrated risk management initiatives.
Design and develop microlearning modules tailored to audience segments, ensuring content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with organizational learning objectives.
Identify simple and creative ways to communicate key messages in a coordinated manner, including support of enterprise-wide communication campaigns, as needed.
Analyze available metrics and learner data to assess effectiveness to improve legal and compliance training and communications.
Change Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement OCM strategies for legal and compliance initiatives.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align change efforts with business objectives.
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and success measures.
Team Player & Continuous Improvement
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
Actively contribute to a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Influence business partners and leadership to adopt optimal learning approaches.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
2+ years of experience in training & awareness, communications, and/or Organizational Change Management roles.
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$127,500 - $204,600Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
