Your Impact
The Associate Digital Designer creates high-quality individual assets that support key digital campaigns and enterprise initiatives on Lowes.com, including promotional banners, infographics and iconography. This role helps bring creative direction to life through detail-oriented design that aligns with broader campaign strategies. Working closely with senior designers, creative managers, and copywriters, the Associate Digital Designer adapts concepts into scalable asset designs. This role also supports ongoing campaigns by refining and updating assets based on performance insights, user research findings and collaborative feedback from peers and partner teams.

This opportunity is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
What You Will Learn
  • Design individual digital creative assets including promotional banners, infographics, iconography and visual callouts that align with brand standards and campaign strategies.
  • Ensure designs are visually engaging, accessible and optimized for performance across devices and platforms.
  • Prepare and upload final assets into the content management system, following operational and file-handling best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters and cross-functional partners to adapt creative direction into scalable, campaign-ready assets.
  • Support iterative design improvements by applying feedback from testing, user research and stakeholder input.
  • Maintain awareness of campaign goals and help identify small-scale opportunities to improve creative clarity, consistency or impact.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent
  • Completion of coursework or program focused on communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, english, fine arts, or related skills

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, English, fine arts, or related field (or equivalent work or military experience in a related field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in user experience, user interface and/or graphic design experience in advertising, digital marketing, product marketing or e-commerce operations
