The Crown Is Yours
As a Delivery Manager, you'll guide software development projects from planning through launch with clarity, momentum, and accountability. You'll help teams execute roadmap commitments, support day-to-day engineering operations, and keep Product and Technology stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks, and progress. In this role, you'll work across Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to remove blockers, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality features that move our products forward.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain clear, up-to-date tracking for roadmap commitments, aligning expectations across Product and Technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with one or more Agile development teams as a leader, advocate, and hands-on team member throughout planning, development, and delivery.
  • Work with engineers to make sure tickets include thorough, accurate technical implementation notes and are ready for execution.
  • Identify, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies during project planning and development.
  • Facilitate backlog prioritization and sequencing to align work with customer value, strategic goals, and team capacity.
  • Participate in project meetings and Agile or Scrum ceremonies, helping teams stay organized, focused, and accountable.
  • Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risk factors, launch plans, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Release Managers to support regulatory requirements, launch readiness, and expected delivery cadence.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and experience working with Scrum or Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology related to software applications and infrastructure.
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize competing needs, and keep teams aligned through ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate project details into clear updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with EazyBI is a plus.
  • An interest in customer advocacy, process improvement, sports betting, or the iGaming product landscape.
