Gummincube, a division of Airship, is looking for an Associate Data Analyst to join our growing Data Analytics team. Gummicube works with top brands around the world, helping optimize search and mobile growth for their apps in the App Store and Google Play. As part of the Data team, you will have the opportunity to impact the success of some of the biggest brands in the Google Play and Apple App Store.

What You'll Do
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and organize client presentations, as well as maintain database/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using complex data sets 
  • Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards across a large portfolio of clients using Looker Studio and BigQuery
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Perform data consolidation/data analysis and communicate findings in a clear manner to internal and external, technical and non-technical partners
  • Recommend and implement appropriate performance measures, including lifts, conversion efficiencies, and other statistical metrics to measure campaign success
  • Translate findings into effective and concise, actionable advice by connecting the data to a story
  • Provide support to Analytics team and Ad hoc projects as required
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience manipulating large, complex data sets, doing quantitative analysis, data visualization, and dashboarding
  • Knowledgeable about best practices around data manipulation, building data pipelines, feature engineering and creating dashboards
  • Foundation in data analytics and visualization
  • Understanding the importance of delivering value to our clients, not just completing tasks to specs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical partners
  • Curious, self-motivated, and highly collaborative
  • Flexible and able to jump between several different projects
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!

  • Experience with online ads or mobile marketing
Work Location & Travel Requirements

Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Airship believes that flexible work contributes to a more productive and more equitable work environment, and that Airshippers are able to collaborate, innovate, and support one another across different locations and timezones.

Some roles may require that employees perform their work from a specific location to support business activities, and/or be within proximity to an Airship office location or customer or partner locations, while other roles can be performed 100% remotely. 

This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager.

Compensation

Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. 

The starting base pay range for this position is: $65,000 - $74,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role. In addition, Airship offers a robust benefits package as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
