Support implementation of Bluesight SaaS products by helping hospital customers extract, transform, load, validate, reconcile, and analyze data. Configure infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, write and update scripts and SQL, document processes, and collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams to improve data pipelines. The role combines customer-facing communication with technical data integration work involving cloud services, databases, command-line tools, and multiple programming languages.

We’re seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support the successful implementation of Bluesight’s SaaS products for our hospital customers. This role is ideal for someone who combines a customer‑first mindset with technical aptitude, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Partnering closely with customer technical teams, you’ll help extract, transform, and deliver data into our platform while performing thorough validation to ensure each customer is positioned for long‑term success.

Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers on how to properly extract, transform, and load their data into the Bluesight platform
- Validate, reconcile, and analyze data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity using command line tools and scripts
- Clearly communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Document processes, edge cases, and best practices to support internal knowledge sharing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the implementation, product, and engineering team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance data pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, experience in the healthcare industry a plus
- Experience with AWS services like AWS Glue, Step functions, Lambdas, etc.
- Experience with queries on relational databases (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle) or non-relational databases (MongoDB).
- Ability to understand, and debug, existing codebases across multiple languages or frameworks (Python, Pyspark, Scala, Ruby etc)
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data validation.
- Proficiency operating from the command line (e.g. bash, zsh, powershell) to interact with files, data, execute scripts and command-line tools.
- Professional communication skills - written and verbal - that demonstrate an ability to work well on a team and with both technical and non-technical customer contacts
- Experience working on an Operations team, especially in an implementation-focused role
- Familiarity with installing or implementing SaaS products in a client environment
- Knowledge of hospital EHR systems (e.g. Epic, Oracle (Cerner), MEDITECH, etc.)
- Knowledge of hospital ADC systems (e.g. PyxisES, Omnicell, etc.)
- Experience coding with Python or Ruby or other scripting language
- Experience working with PHI, understanding of HIPAA
