About the Role:

The Associate Creative Producer, Partnerships, is a cross-functional leader responsible for turning creative ambition into operational clarity. At Fetch, we partner with some of the world’s most iconic brands. And The Rewards Lab is where innovation starts. The ideal candidate blends creative fluency with process rigor and thrives on managing complexity across both pre-sale and post-sale phases of program delivery:

Pre-Sale: Vetting & Validation

    • Navigate internal approvals across GTM, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
    • Align stakeholders early to reduce friction downstream.
    • Ensure every pitch is grounded in real-world, executable logic.

Post-Sale: Execution & Delivery

    • Transition concepts from pitch to production with clear roles, timelines and deliverables.
    • Lead internal workback planning, deck builds, asset creation and platform setup.
    • Act as the quarterback across teams: The Rewards Lab, GTM, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient delivery from kick-off to recap.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable systems that support cross-functional speed and clarity.
  • Help codify best practices, timelines and templates to support future testing at scale.
  • Champion process excellence without stifling creativity.

What Success Looks Like:

  • You bring structure to ambiguity and help teams move faster, smarter and with more confidence.
  • You’re a trusted execution partner who sees around corners and solves problems before they escalate.
  • You elevate the quality and consistency of how Fetch delivers innovation to its brand and agency partners.
  • You manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing detail, creativity or momentum.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production, brand operations or integrated project management at an agency, brand or publisher.
  • Deep understanding of both marketing campaign workflows and internal organizational dynamics.
  • Strong creative instincts with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
