Role Purpose

We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels.  We're currently hiring a Temporary Associate Creative Director, Art to support a new project for one of our notable clients, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Key Accountabilities

  • You will create omnichannel assets with a strong focus on shopper/retail display and accompanying components.
  • You will showcase your ability to handle high volume and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will demonstrate strategic thinking expertise by identifying gaps and opportunities for retailers.
  • You will be a part of the creative process from ideation to the final product, ensuring quality and style meet both our standards, and the client’s strategies and objectives. Be willing to jump in, roll up your sleeves, and work across all levels of the campaign 
  • You will collaborate and partner with cross-department teams (Producers, Designers, and Strategy account) to develop and craft the final deliverables 

Person Specification

  • 6+ years of experience in the creative advertising industry
  • Demonstrate strong strategic and conceptual abilities
  • Campaign experience including shopper mentality and omnichannel programs (media, retail, experiential)
  • Ability to work quickly and demonstrate accountability
  • 3D Max experience preferred.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The hourly pay range for this position is $61 - $98.90. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
