The Associate Client Relationship Manager serves as a customer contact for Workiva Managed Services and is responsible for customer activities from onboarding to support and project delivery. This role identifies how Workiva features meet customer needs in project engagements, while actively managing document requests and product inquiries. The Associate Client Relationship Manager is responsible for providing accurate, timely delivery of customer requests and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a customer contact for Workiva products and services, supporting clients via phone, email, and in-app communication

  • Execute onboarding project plans and coordinate the filing process for Capital Markets customers

  • Ensure the accuracy of documents through a review of work completed and deliver high-quality service and support throughout the project lifecycle

  • Resolve moderate customer issues and escalate more complex issues while remaining accountable to customers

  • Train customers on how to use the Workiva platform to achieve their goals and obtain feedback for relevant internal stakeholders, such as the sales, marketing, and product teams

  • 24/7 dedication to the Working Group (counsel, bankers, auditors, etc.) throughout the completion of the project, and partner with other Workiva teams on initiatives that address customer needs

  • Complete routine service requests, including importing documents supplied by Working Groups, applying correct formulas, formatting, and styles, and creating/linking source financial data in Workiva Spreadsheets

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

  • 1+ years of related experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Management (blended requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the accounting/finance industry and familiarity with Capital Markets processes and filings

  • Competency in using the Workiva platform, Google Drive (G Suite), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proven professionalism in verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence others and deliver consultative recommendations

  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action and results, capable of working in a high-energy, rapidly changing environment

  • Strong organizational skills to meet established timelines, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and work under pressure with keen attention to detail

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

  • Up to 15%

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $47,000.00 - $76,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
