As an Associate Buyer, Hard Goods, you'll help build the success of our eCommerce business by supporting end-to-end product lifecycle operations. You will work with all facets of operating a small business from the ground up, including sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and more. From managing vendor relationships to ensuring product launches on time and optimizing supply chain processes, you'll help translate fan passion into tangible experiences.
- Support the buying process in all capacities including placing and managing purchase orders to meet revenue and inventory goals, delivery management, pricing/inventory management.
- Manage suppliers to ensure all required vendor standards are met.
- Work with the Inventory Planner to meet pricing and inventory goals.
- Present sales performance in the bi-weekly category meeting.
- Follow up with vendors for finalized product images and product details.
- Manage new releases and launches while coordinating with appropriate teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform and maintain price and cost analysis reports.
- Other buying responsibilities as assigned.
In the role of Associate Buyer, Hard Goods, you will report to the Senior Buyer, Hard Goods.

- 3+ years of buying experience in an eCommerce or retail business
- Experience managing the buying process including placing and managing purchase orders
- Experience with data analysis using Vlookup and Pivot Tables
- Experience building internal and external partner relationships
