- Lead the Analytics & Solution Delivery team to achieve high performance.
- Develop comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of analytics outputs.
- Drive adoption of best practices in data management and analytics.
- Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
- Communicate complex data insights to executive leadership.
- Utilize BI tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, UiPath, Tableau, and QlikView.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Demonstrate 7+ years of experience in end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Manage teams of 5+ members for a minimum of 2 years.
- Exhibit extensive experience in analytics or business intelligence.
- Apply strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data warehousing concepts.
- Communicate and solve problems strategically, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Lead strategic initiatives in analytics and business intelligence.
- Mentor and develop team members for professional growth.
- Integrate new technologies and methodologies into analytics processes.
- Coordinate multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Influence stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Innovate solutions for complex operational challenges.
