Job Summary:
As an Analytics & Solution Delivery Lead within the Break Resolution and Analytics Team (BRAT), you drive actionable insights and process improvements for core Equity Operations. You leverage advanced BI tools to enhance operational efficiency and quality in a self-solve environment. You collaborate across teams to deliver strategic analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Analytics & Solution Delivery team to achieve high performance.
• Develop comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of analytics outputs.
• Drive adoption of best practices in data management and analytics.
• Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Communicate complex data insights to executive leadership.
• Utilize BI tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, UiPath, Tableau, and QlikView.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrate 7+ years of experience in end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Manage teams of 5+ members for a minimum of 2 years.
• Exhibit extensive experience in analytics or business intelligence.
• Apply strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data warehousing concepts.
• Communicate and solve problems strategically, translating complex data into actionable insights.
