About the job:

The Associate, BPO Management will support OppFi in the daily management of 1 or more important BPO vendors, working with Senior Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to:

What you get to do:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with BPO vendors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for BPO vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Regularly communicate with vendors to proactively address issues, provide feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Implement performance improvement plans and drive continuous improvement
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with BPO vendors
  • Participate in the vendor selection process, evaluating potential BPO partners.
  • Onboard new vendors and ensure a smooth transition
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with BPO relationships
  • Develop and implement vendor risk management strategies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Ensure BPO vendors comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Surface relationship or compliance concerns to management based on feedback from partners

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal/team-management skills to work with vendors / Ability to work with different styles at multiple levels of seniority
  • Experience excelling in a remote work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities at one time
  • Strong sense of ownership; having the ability to be proactive, inquisitive, accountable, and committed to delivering high quality results without needing constant supervision.
  • The willingness to take on new tasks and broaden scope of responsibilities
  • Knowledge about or experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), JIRA, Monday.com and Trello

Final offers are determined based on a myriad of factors including, but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant business considerations. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package includes eligibility and potential for performance-based bonuses and equity grants dependent upon the role and job level.

Compensation Range:
$71,200$106,800 USD
