Job Overview:
The Associate Analyst is responsible for reviewing and implementing test plans for ongoing projects while acting as additional support for the Overlay Portfolio Management Group. This will include but is not limited to testing functionality of the trading platforms within the UAT and Production environments, collaborating with QA in release management efforts, and documenting/driving to closure any possible defects of the code deployment.

Responsibilities:
Execute tests on new code deployments while documenting and following up on encountered defects.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
Collaborate closely with OPMG leadership and team members to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modifications.
Interact with internal/external peers and management of other departments such as Technology, Product and QA.
Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Work with QA to test and validate developed features against requirements and coordinate end-user validation.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during the software development lifecycle.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
2+ years of experience working in the financial or technology industry and/or processing in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment
One Saturday a month availability for code deployments

Pay Range:
$24.52-$40.87/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
