ZeroFox is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the strategic growth of our client accounts by ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with clients, assisting them in understanding our offerings, addressing their needs, and fostering ongoing relationships to promote customer success and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal resources to resolve client issues, assisting in upselling and renewal processes, and gathering feedback to guide product enhancements. As an Associate Account Manager, you will report directly to the Account Manager and will have opportunities to grow your career in account management.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist renewals desk with renewals of the ZeroFox platform
  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
  • Develop a complete understanding of account needs
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Strategically plan to improve client results
  • Maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Expand relationships and evangelize ZeroFox within account

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet the needs of multiple clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about cybersecurity trends and ZeroFox solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to meet with clients.

Desired qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services.
