Your Impact
The Associate Manager, Integrated Commercialization Planning plays a vital role in the Lowe's Media Network (LMN) commercialization strategy and integrated planning team. This position is responsible for the development of new incremental programming packages and Retail Media Network (RMN) offerings. The Associate Manager will work closely with the Mgr-Integrated Commercialization Planning, the Senior Manager of Integrated Commercialization Planning & Sales Enablement, Media Planning, Client Services, Revenue Operations and Campaign Optimization teams to ensure the creation of high-quality programming that meets client KPIs and drives investments based on performance. What You Will Do
- Lead the preparation of GTM strategies for new LMN monetization packages and channel roll-outs.
- Oversee demand scoping in partnership with the client services team to align on business needs.
- Coordinate with events teams to ensure proper calendar alignment for campaign execution.
- Define product and programming requirements to support new commercialization offerings.
- Collaborate with the yield manager on developing pricing strategies to optimize revenue.
- Partner with sales enablement team on pitch materials to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
- Generate detailed reports to track progress and performance against targets.
- Monitor and manage performance against set revenue goals, collaborating with the client services team to source demand and optimize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with various LMN teams (client services, operations, insights), brand marketing, and enterprise media planning to ensure alignment and smooth execution of programming initiatives.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, performance reports, and supporting documentation to the client brand group.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or analytics or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy, marketing analytics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in full funnel media strategy and/or planning in CPG or specialty commerce with exposure to broader marketing strategy
- Experience presenting to or working with CPG, D2C, or specialty commerce brands
Preferred Skills/Education
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing analytics
- 1 year of experience in campaign management and media operations
