Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cost optimization by analyzing high-cost assets and developing strategies to improve efficiency and utilization
  • Perform data mining and maintain a sound database to set baselines and track savings across projects and initiatives
  • Build and maintain financial models including rolling forecasts and 3-year P&L to guide major decisions and contract renewals
  • Monitor occupancy costs and identify savings through footprint rationalization and location strategies
  • Analyze procurement spend to support investment decisions and ensure alignment with cost-efficiency goals
  • Deliver timely reporting for management and regulatory requirements, including dashboards.
  • Collaborate across teams with the division to provide financial insights for property-related projects and strategic initiatives
  • Cover regional countries as part of Group Corporate Real Estate Services, ensuring alignment and consistency across these countries.
  • Be part of a 11-member CRES Office team, supporting other areas within the team and providing backup for critical tasks such as monthly financial closing and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field; real estate experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years in financial analysis, cost optimization, or strategic planning.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems (SAP), and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and present financial insights clearly to senior management
  • Able to connect the dots and see the big picture, ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively
