Make your mark in Information Technology

The team is responsible for shielding the company’s systems from security risks, while designing technology strategies that enable AIG’s businesses to achieve their goals. AIG’s Information Technology functions include enterprise architecture, software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and technology risk and compliance.

How you will create an impact

The CTM Analytics & Reporting Team’s mission is to reduce enterprise risk by identifying, analyzing, reporting and governing remediation/mitigation of IT security vulnerabilities across AIG’s portfolio of IT assets and IT-enabled processes.

This role’s primary focus is to develop applications and services on an in-house analytics platform enabling AIG’s business units to identify and remediated risk.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop reporting procedures leveraging Microsoft SQL Server

  • Build system integrations with upstream applications/systems

  • Automate and optimize manual processes

  • Provide operational support Mon-Fri business hours

  • Identify data quality issues and partner with stakeholders to remediate

  • Apply industry experience of IT risk management and vulnerability management practices to normalize and improve AIG’s process maturity

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of IT application or data development experience preferably Microsoft SQL Server

  • Demonstrated success leveraging scripting and automation skills to improve IT processes and workflows a plus

  • Familiarity with data integration systems and concepts is a plus

  • Understanding of Cyber Security data is a plus

  • Proven experience in secure design and operations of IT systems

  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset

  • Proven success in challenging operational environments including dealing with change, ambiguity and competing priorities

  • OSCP, OSWE or OSCE certifications or equivalent demonstrated skills are a plus

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ, the base salary range is $126,000-$171,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
