Job Title: Assistant Planning Manager

Job Description

Local FG

  • Produce Net Requirement to make production plan, manage production with factory to ensure FG stock availability as per demand forecast & take proper actions to meet demand changes.
  • Manage stock transition for old SKUs to new SKUs of all Category activities.
  • Responsible with MKT/Sales team on stock supply & lead action plan to minimize OOS in the market.
  • Ensure the Category achieve the customer service target by managing the Stock Availability.
  • Loss within the target, identify root causes of Stock Availability - Loss & lead actions to improve.
  • Update Production Plan to Finance for Production cost estimation process.
  • Set up FG stock policy for each category (through safety stock modeling) & control it at an optimum level as stock policy and/or business requirement.
  • Responsible on inventory forecasting to cross functions (CDC, Finance, Regional SC). Own master data of FGs code.

MRP Planning

  • Make Material Requirement Planning according to production plan to ensure on time & in full delivery (right item, right quantity and right time).
  • Communicate to Buying & Supplier the 3-month rolling forecast for feed stock preparation.
  • Control & optimize stock level of PMs as stock policy, understand and manage all elements of inventory e.g. cycle stock, safety stock, MOQ, lead time, shelf-life, etc.
  • Highlights up-side and down-side stock risks e.g. out of stocks, slow-moving & obsolete stock to Business.
  • Control Slow Moving & Obsolete Stock (PM, RM, SFG) within budget, reduce business waste and delivering cost savings target through inventory reduction, write-off reduction & simplification control & make quarterly Slow Moving and Obselete Stock Report.
  • Transition management of RPM stock overview for Innovations to make sure Innovation on time with minimum PKG write-off.
  • Own master data & BOM accuracy for RPMs. Follow up shipments in time with Suppliers and Import Operation team

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree and more prefer Supply Chain/ Logistics Management holder.  
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in related filed (Planning, Custom Clearance, Control Stock)
  • Experiences in communicate with Local and Foreign Suppliers. Good command in English.
  • Be able to use Microsoft office especially in Excel and Word.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
