The Assistant Marketing Manager, Influencer Performance & Analytics will support the day-to-day affiliate operations, insights , and performance management of the Lowe's Creator Program. What You Will Do
- Own the day-to-day operational execution of creator performance and affiliate commerce workflows across the Lowe's Creator Program.
- Manage creator commission setup, maintenance, and optimization across affiliate platforms ( IMPACT RADIUS , AWIN, COMMISSION JUNCTION) and CREATOR IQ) , ensuring commission structures are accurately configured, tested, launched, and updated as business needs evolve.
- Support affiliate contract and partner operations, including setup requirements, workflow coordination, offer configuration, partner onboarding support, documentation, and execution follow-through with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a hands-on platform operator for affiliate tools, with deep working knowledge of systems such as Impact, including link creation, deep linking, attribution setup, partner mapping, commission rule setup, payment logic, and troubleshooting.
- Manage order and commission cancellation workflows, ensuring exceptions, reversals, and payment-related issues are handled accurately and in accordance with program rules.
- Support governance and compliance efforts across the creator and affiliate ecosystem, including affiliate fraud detection, fraud reporting, tracking flags, and creator community terms of service breach resolution.
- Build and maintain recurring reporting for campaign performance, creator performance, revenue reporting, ROAS reporting, top product reporting, top MDV reporting, and other business-critical reporting needs.
- Deliver weekly reporting and updates, including growth marketing updates, status reporting, team reporting, and stakeholder emails.
- Analyze individual creator performance and campaign results to identify operational issues, monetization opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
- Develop performance insights that help campaign owners, channel partners, and leadership understand what is working, where improvements are needed, and how creator programs can drive stronger business results.
- Provide reporting and analytical support for amplification and monetization initiatives, including YouTube boosting and other creator performance programs.
- Help manage commission changes from planning through execution, including setup, QA, stakeholder communication, and post-launch monitoring.
- Support affiliate and creator program asks related to Impact meetings, SDV setup, platform maintenance, and other operational follow-up items.
- Partner with campaign owners, MarTech , Ecommerce, Analytics, Finance, and creator program stakeholders to ensure systems, reporting, compensation structures, and performance workflows are aligned and functioning properly.
- Translate reporting and data into clear, actionable updates that help teams understand program performance, issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Support post-mortems, ad hoc reporting, financing asks , project management requests, and other business needs requiring strong operational execution and analytical support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, e-commerce, campaign analytics, or related field .
- 2 years of experience working directly in affiliate platforms, creator monetization systems, reporting environments, or performance analytics functions.
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing commissions, affiliate offers, tracking links, deep linking, attribution logic, and partner configurations within affiliate platforms.
- Deep operational knowledge of affiliate commerce workflows, including creator compensation, contract and offer setup, payment support, order cancellations, tracking validation, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience working in platforms such as Impact or similar affiliate technologies, with expert level ability to manage technical setup, investigate issues, and optimize platform usage independently.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience producing recurring reporting, analyzing performance, investigating discrepancies, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience identifying fraud signals, compliance risks, data quality issues, or tracking integrity issues and driving follow-up to resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting influencer, creator, affiliate, or shoppable commerce programs.
- Experience with attribution improvement, deep-link strategy, partner-level tracking, and performance measurement across creator ecosystems.
- Experience working with commission-based compensation structures and optimizing payout models for both business performance and creator participation.
- Experience supporting creator amplification, paid social, YouTube boosting, or monetization- focused creator initiatives.
- Experience partnering with MarTech , Ecommerce, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Procurement, or external affiliate partners to support operational execution and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with MMM, MTA, or broader measurement methodologies is a plus, but not required .
