Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform assembly of aerospace components and systems according to detailed work instructions and specifications.
  • Conduct testing procedures to verify product functionality and quality standards are met.
  • Identify and troubleshoot assembly or test issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications

  • Experience in assembly and testing of aerospace or high-precision mechanical/electrical components.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly techniques, test equipment, and quality control processes relevant to aerospace manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and testing.
  • Familiarity with electronic test instruments and data recording tools to validate product performance.

WE PREFER

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electronics or mechanical assembly are a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in aerospace production.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies is desirable.
