We are looking for an Art Director to assist the in-house corporate creative team in producing digital/print
creative solutions to address our marketing needs in alignment with Saviynt’s corporate brand.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout
techniques, and experience in managing team members. You should also have experience executing
marketing projects from conception to production, including digital marketing, print collateral, event design
support, presentations, and web design.
Ultimately, you will assist the Saviynt Corporate Creative team in promoting our brand by
delivering high-quality deliverables and assets on tight deadlines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Concept, design, and implement high-level creative branding, display advertising, print, web, illustrations/infographics, and presentations based on creative briefs. Motion and interactive design knowledge is a plus.
- Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process
- Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Team includes Saviynt team members as well as agency providers.
- Establish close partnerships across the company, and liaise with marketing and corporate design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance and direction in the creation of visually stunning designs for marketing materials, executive presentations, websites, digital ads, and other assets. This includes meeting with stakeholders at all levels to determine project goals and deliverables.
- Manage work timelines effectively across multiple projects
- Present work to internal partners that consistently meets or exceeds expectations
- Iterate and edit design work based on team feedback
- Act as a supporting role for the Corporate Creative Director
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to guide creative decisions and strategies, ensuring a competitive edge that leads to increased engagement and conversions.
What You Bring
- In-Depth Knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must, After Effects, Premiere recommended), along with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate, and assist in managing the team
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
