Job Description

Founded by The Allstate Corporation in 2016, Arity is a data and analytics company focused on improving transportation. We collect and analyze enormous amounts of data, using predictive analytics to build solutions with a single goal in mind: to make transportation smarter, safer and more useful for everyone.
At the heart of that mission are the people that work here—the dreamers, doers, and difference-makers that call this place home. As part of that team, your work will showcase both your intelligence and your creativity as you tackle real problems and put your talents towards transforming transportation.
That’s because at Arity, we believe work and life shouldn’t be at odds with one another. After all, we know that your unique qualities give you a unique perspective. We don’t just want you to see yourself here. We want you to be yourself here.
Job Summary:

You will lead the development of measurement and attribution features for our demand side platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, attribution models for connected tv, online video, and display. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for measurement and attribution, ensuring our platform provides accurate and actionable insights to our clients.

  • Product Strategy: Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for measurement and attribution features, aligning with the overall business strategy and goals.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, data science, sales, and marketing) and external stakeholders (clients, partners) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

  • Feature Development: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize attribution models. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in measurement and attribution. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

  • Client Support: Provide support to clients and sales teams by addressing product-related inquiries, conducting training sessions, and creating documentation.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of measurement and attribution features, making data-driven decisions to improve product effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the digital advertising industry, with a focus on measurement and attribution.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and attribution models.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

That’s the day-to-day, now let’s talk about the rest of it. As we mentioned, Arity was founded by The Allstate Corporation. But you’ll be working for—and at—Arity. It’s the best of both worlds. You’ll get access to the full suite of Allstate benefits and work in a fast-paced startup culture. It’s a culture that encourages you to be you.
