About the job

This is a critical, high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on technical leader. You will be the principal architect for our entire GTM ecosystem, including Sales and Service Clouds, as well as connected marketing and sales applications. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing a scalable, secure, and compliant architecture to support our growing global operations. You will be responsible for the platform's health, performance, and evolution, ensuring it meets the complex, changing needs of our business.

  • Platform Ownership: Design, build, and own the end-to-end technical architecture for our GTM systems landscape, centered on our multi-cloud Salesforce environment.

  • Global Architecture: Help design and implement architecture that addresses global GTM systems challenges, including multi-currency, multi-language, and data compliance.

  • Scalability & Optimization: Analyze and re-architect existing processes (including migrating from Flow to Apex where necessary), refactor legacy code, and optimize system performance to ensure platform stability as we scale.

  • Integration Architecture: Design and oversee robust, scalable integrations between all GTM applications (including Salesforce, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools) and other critical business systems.

  • Technical Governance: Establish and manage the complete Salesforce development lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on CI/CD, source control, and deployment strategies using tools like Gearset to ensure seamless and reliable releases.

  • Team Leadership: Act as the lead technical expert for GTM systems, mentoring a team of developers and admins, conducting code reviews, and setting best practices for Apex, LWC, and declarative development.

Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: 7+ years of hands-on GTM systems architecture experience, with deep, proven expertise in designing and building complex Salesforce solutions.

  • Salesforce Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced declarative automation.

  • Integration Expertise: Deep experience designing and building complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect a diverse SaaS ecosystem.

  • Data & Deployment: Strong command of Salesforce data architecture, sharing models, and modern development/deployment practices (SFDX, CI/CD tools).

  • Problem Solver: A systematic problem-solver who can analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

  • Ownership Mentality: A proactive and accountable leader who can take full ownership of the GTM stack from concept to execution.

Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect and/or Salesforce Certified Application Architect

  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) or sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, conversational intelligence platforms).

  • Direct experience with NetSuite integrations.

  • Familiarity with integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools like Workato.
