Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
The Application Enablement Analyst will join the Technical Operations team of a healthcare data and analytics software company. This role reports to the Application Enablement Manager and will involve a combination of client-facing, process improvement, and technical responsibilities.

We are a team of healthcare workflow enthusiasts and operational problem solvers who thrive on tackling some of the most challenging problems in healthcare. Our analysts are empowered to think creatively about how we deliver value to our clients and collaboratively drive improvements across their portfolio of 2-4 products.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Understand the basic structure of each product in your portfolio; this includes all key technical steps involved in product implementation, the value proposition each product holds for our customers, and the range of advanced configuration options we offer
- Build relationships with the Arcadia resources who support product implementation; this includes Product Managers and Analysts, Implementation and Account Managers, and Data Operations Managers
- Manage tickets and projects in our Jira & Confluence platforms
- Begin engaging with clients around key product functionalities and decisions
- Implement basic product configuration changes using SQL and HTML
- Draft documentation around product use cases, release notes, configuration options, workflows, and stakeholders
In 6 months
- Own client conversations around product strategy and configuration options
- Support implementations for the products in your portfolio alongside Arcadia’s Implementation Managers
- Assist with basic issue triage and enhancement requests related to your products
- Own management of the implementation roadmap for each product in your portfolio
- Advise on Arcadia’s product development roadmap based on client feedback and internal observations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for your product and support questions from internal customer and technical teams as needed
- Independently apply basic customer configurations using SQL and HTML
In 12 months
- Serve as a designated SME for all products in your portfolio
- Understand standard value-based care healthcare workflows
- Confidently lead client conversations and trainings regarding Arcadia’s product workflows and configurations
- Assume general ownership of client implementations and independently tailor product rollout plans to your clients’ individual workflows and priorities
- Propose and drive operational improvements both within and across product teams
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a designated subject matter expert for multiple Arcadia products (ex – Foundry, Vista, Assess)
- Serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams
- Engaging directly with clients and serving as a strategic advisor throughout product implementations
- Advising on optimal workflows and configurations in Arcadia based on a client’s existing priorities and processes
- Balancing multiple product implementations simultaneously and engaging technical support from across the organization as needed
- Designing and maintaining product implementation documentation suitable for both internal and client use
- Driving the implementation of basic UI and SQL-based configurations, supporting client rollout strategy, design trainings, and assisting with basic issue troubleshooting for Arcadia’s reporting application suite
- Supporting SDLC activities for multiple products and partnering directly with engineering leads to refine and deconstruct work
- Supporting Technical Operations leadership in their efforts to redesign Arcadia’s approach to product implementations
- Understanding how Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem, products, analytics models, and business strategy improve patient outcomes and reduce cost of care across the country
What You'll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
- 4+ years working experience in technology implementation or product management, preferably with a health care focus
- Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity
- Basic coding experience in SQL
- Experience working in BI tools with a preference for Amazon QuickSight
- Willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a specific ability to discuss complex product concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics

- Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
