The Clinical Operations Manager plays a key collaborative role, partnering with regional teams to deliver innovative, comprehensive solutions for Varian customers. This position emphasizes process optimization and strategic alignment, leveraging tools such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, Lists, SharePoint) and Salesforce (Unity Reports and Dashboards) to enhance communication, project visibility, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer-Centric Strategy
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and set clear expectations for Varian product implementation.
  • Foster long-term relationships through consistent, value-driven interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate training and education efforts with the Applications Director, Applications Manager, Clinical Applications Operations Manager and Resource Manager.
  • Align with Sales, Project Management, and AOS teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to full product adoption.
  • Manage resource allocation for entitlements and professional services.
  • Forecast and identify opportunities for incremental revenue, particularly through Multi-Year Service Agreements.

  • Explore and implement creative approaches to customer training and education.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Problem Solving & Ownership
  • Propose creative solutions to complex challenges.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification as a Radiation Therapist (RTT) or as a Medical Dosimetrist.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience at Varian.
  • Clinical experience with Varian products strongly preferred.
  • Preferred prior education and training experience.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
