Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Data Analyst to join as the second member of our data team. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of analyst experience or a relevant master’s degree who’s eager to take on diverse projects, learn fast, and grow with the company.
You’ll work with internal teams to gather requirements enhance and design solutions to equip internal teams and customers with the tools, data, and reports they need to answer critical business questions, while also maintaining and evolving our analytics data architecture.
What You’ll DoAnalytics Engineering
Build and maintain dbt models in our Redshift analytics environment.
Ensure our data pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and scalable.
Empower Customer Decision Making
Understand the goals of our customers and provide them with the tools to reach their operational goals through software configuration and management decisions
Enhance the usability and feature set of our customer facing reporting suite of tools
Investigate and resolve data-related inquiries from clients.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner closely with product, customer success, engineering, and leadership to understand needs and deliver insights driving product direction and improving product performance.
Contribute to a data-driven culture by making metrics accessible and actionable.
Must-Haves
Proficiency in SQL
Basic statistics knowledge
Experience working with data visualization or BI tools, preferably the open source Python library, Streamlit.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a growth mindset.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience/familiarity with dbt, modern ETL
Experience with Git
Experience with Python
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
Exposure to startup or SaaS environments.
