JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic plans and forecasts, including annual budgets and long-range plans
  • Act as a business partner to key corporate function leaders such as M&A, Finance, and Legal
  • Provide strategic insight and analytical support to help guide business decisions
  • Develop business case models
  • Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and projects such as quarterly earnings preparation, ROIC, etc.
  • Assist with consolidation for the Driven Brands portfolio as well as identification of key risks and opportunities and key drivers to the business
  • Flash and periodic business reporting including variance analysis
  • Develop and maintain forecasts for in-month updates
  • Assist with annual and long-range plan coordination and consolidation
  • Develop quarterly and monthly departmental reports

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field of study
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, corporate strategy, or consulting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Professional and polished in written and spoken form
  • Organized and thorough
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results
  • Experience building financial models / business cases
  • Experience with headcount expense analysis
  • Knowledge of planning technologies; OneStream and/or Oracle EPM desired
