An Analyst, who will support our user research team for the North American sports market, by conducting both generative and evaluative research.

Your analytical skills will help synthesize findings into clear narratives that demonstrate the value of your insights, driving improvements across our digital offerings. You will uncover actionable insights that enhance the overall user experience in our digital products.
With a focus on customer motivations and behaviors, you will assist in leveraging Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback and data analytics to inform our strategies.
Your ability to communicate findings effectively will enable you to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, contributing to the creation of extraordinary user experiences that redefine the online betting landscape.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid work from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,0000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
Familiarity with User Experience Research (UXR) methods and practices, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Strong educational background, ideally with a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Psychology, or Data Science.
Experience with user research tools, data analysis software, and design collaboration platforms.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
Strong research skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and accurately analyze data.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with both high-level concepts and specific data points.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience within the online gambling industry is preferred.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of UXR strategies to enhance processes.
Conducting generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather actionable insights.
Assisting in synthesizing research findings into clear narratives that highlight user needs and potential solutions.
Analyzing customer attitudes, motivations, needs, and behaviors through VoC feedback and data analytics.
Collaborating with team members to share insights and create scorecards that integrate customer experience data across the company.
Presenting research findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance for various audiences.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners to support research initiatives.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of user experience through data-driven recommendations.
