The Private Brands Analyst assist the Program Manager with project/portfolio analysis and reporting for the
Private Brands Strategic Initiatives and Objective. This role will also assist with assessing and creating
efficiencies with project/program management methodology, tools, and templates. The Project Coordinator
will also manage projects withing the Private Brands Strategic Portfolio.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC.

Essential job functions:
Private Brands Project Support
- • Compiles and reports project data (time, scope, resources , risk and dependencies) for all programs and projects within the Private Brands Portfolio
- • Point person for capturing Project Status Reports; works directly with Program Managers to enhance reporting output (i.e. right level of detail, completeness and accuracy)
- • Pulls together the Private Brands Project Status Deck and performs the first review for completeness and accuracy
- • Responsible for all ad hoc Strategic Project/Program analysis and reporting
- • Manage and maintain all project documents within the project SharePoint Folders
- • Assist with updating project trackers (milestones, actions steps, resources, and progress percentage)
- • Supports Program Manager with meeting agendas, meeting recaps and follow-ups
- • Manages a sub-set of Private Brands projects, engaging with business lead and project teams to ensure project objectives, scope, and scheduled are achieved
Private Brands Business Initiative & Performance Updates to Great Local Brands Support
- • Compiles Private Brands business initiatives and performance reports for all Great Local Brands updates
- • Manage and maintain all reporting documents within the project SharePoint Folders
- • Supports Program Manager with Great Local Brands Reporting communication, reporting recaps and follow-ups
- • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Demonstrated the ability to collaborate and motivate others
- Strong analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Attention to detail required.
- Able to work under strict deadlines, set and balance priorities, with strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to work, communicate and present effectively
- Proficient Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
