Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, VM & Design FP&A, the role will support all aspects of the FP&A process including monthly close activities, quarterly forecasting, annual operating plan, long range planning, as well as ad-hoc analysis for projects. The P&Ls under focus here will be Design, Global Merchandising, Coachtopia, as well as NA Photostudio and Global Customer Experience, where this individual will be working with key business partners from these teams.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in FP&A to:
  • Support the monthly close and quarterly forecasting processes including P&L consolidation, and preparing accruals/reconciliations along-side accounting team
  • Conduct variance analysis and communicate financial results vs plan to senior management
  • Leverage PBCS (Oracle Essbase), SAP, and Microstrategy tools to analyze business trends and drive investment decisions
  • Drive special projects (e.g., Product P&Ls, marketing ROI analysis, global process standardization)
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners to drive monthly budget check-in meetings, and accounting partners

The accomplished individual will possess:
  • 1-3 years finance experience, either within an FP&A team or otherwise
  • Superior Excel skills. Experience in SAP/Microsoft Teams is appreciated
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new and different topics
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships

Work Setup:
BASE PAY RANGE $75,000.00 TO $85,000.00 Annually
