If you're passionate about semiconductor reliability and want to shape the future of AI hardware interconnects, we want to hear from you.
This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; Fort Collins, CO; Boston, MA; or Portland, OR.
We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.
Who You Are
- An expert in EM/IR analysis with deep experience using Cadence Voltus/Voltus-XFi or Ansys Totem on complex designs.
- Knowledgeable in analog IC fundamentals with hands-on experience in advanced CMOS technologies (28nm and below).
- Detail-oriented team player who can analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about reliability methodology and eager to train others in best practices.
What We Need
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/ECE Engineering with 5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS/PhD) of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise performing EM/IR analysis with industry-standard tools (Voltus, Voltus-XFi, or Totem).
- Solid circuit simulation skills (Spectre) and comfort with Virtuoso layout manipulation.
- Experience with FinFET process technologies and understanding of analog circuit blocks.
What You Will Learn
- Advanced EM/IR methodologies for next-generation die-to-die chiplet architectures on cutting-edge nodes.
- How to drive reliability sign-off strategies for high-performance analog/mixed-signal IP.
- Collaboration techniques with CAD, PDK, and foundry teams to ensure best-in-class reliability standards.
- Leadership skills through training team members and establishing reliability analysis best practices.
