Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AML Quality Assurance Analyst to join our compliance technology team. This role is responsible for validating AML systems and processes through comprehensive testing and documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Actimize modules, AML typologies, and test management tools, and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of AML solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate business and functional requirement documents for AML systems.
- Develop and execute test cases for AML scenarios, including Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
- Conduct system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to triage defects and ensure resolution meets acceptance criteria.
- Validate data mapping and transformation rules from DMI or other data sources into Actimize.
- Maintain detailed QA documentation, test evidence, and status reports.
- Ensure quality and compliance of Actimize SAM and/or CDD modules through rigorous validation.
- Utilize test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Zephyr for test planning and execution.
- Use basic SQL to validate backend data accuracy and support data-driven testing.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on AML systems and regulatory compliance.
- Strong experience validating Actimize SAM and/or CDD modules.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr).
- Basic SQL skills for backend data validation.
- Solid understanding of AML typologies, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
