THE ROLE


Mission

As an Origin Network Financial Planner, you'll get to work with members from all walks of life, from the new grads starting their careers to senior leaders beginning to think about retirement and help them reach their goals. Your goal is to provide personalized financial recommendations and advice to Origin members.

A successful Origin financial planner can provide our members with a deep understanding of their finances and how to use Origin to reach their financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create financial plans: Publish customized financial recommendations specific to the members’ goals
  • Build relationships with members: Build and maintain strong member relationships through meetings, answering messages, providing exceptional service, and addressing their financial concerns
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Have a deep understanding of Origin’s offering and tools, while staying up to date on our training
  • Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including member privacy and data security

    Must Have

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFP®
    • Ability to have a holistic approach to financial advice
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Create strong relationships and conversations through a remote, online environment
