We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic American Export Intern to join our team. As an Export Intern in our American Export Division, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various export-related functions.
Responsibilities:

  • Create catalogs with variable logistics, shelf life, and product images.
  • Support in following orders: Track customer Purchase Orders vs. forecast.
  • Sending reminders to the clients to receive the Purchase Orders in the first 2 weeks of the month.
  • Review and follow up on deductions and claims with the customer and customer service coordinator/claim analyst.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration or a related program.
  • Must live within drivable distance from Coral Gables, FL (Local candidates only)
  • Preferred fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages in a professional setting.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation

  • The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,000-$1,300.
  • Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
