Role Summary

As an Alliances Systems Engineer, you will be a critical technical resource supporting VAST Data’s strategic technology and go-to-market alliances. You will work closely with VAST’s alliances, sales, product, and engineering teams to drive joint solutions, integrations, and technical alignment with key partners. Your deep technical expertise, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable architectures will accelerate adoption and strengthen VAST’s partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between VAST Data and strategic alliance partners.
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement, demos, proof of concepts, and joint solution architectures with partners.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and validate integrations, solution blueprints, and reference architectures.
  • Participate in joint customer engagements, articulating VAST’s value within partner-led solutions.
  • Provide feedback to VAST product and engineering teams based on partner and customer requirements.
  • Author technical collateral including integration guides, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Represent VAST at partner events, webinars, and joint field activities.
  • Support alliance business development teams with technical insights to influence joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain deep expertise on VAST’s technology and roadmap, as well as relevant partner platforms and solutions.
