Why This Role is Exciting:

AuditBoard is looking for a professional in the information security or cybersecurity industry to fulfill the Alliance Solutions Manager (ITRC) role. This position requires a strong background in any of the following areas: achieving and maintaining compliance with regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, FERPA) and/or industry-leading practices (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53), and enterprise risk management.

The Alliance Solutions Manager (ITRC) will aspire to be a product expert in the AuditBoard platform and shall be able to comprehend complex Compliance/Risk/InfoSec environments, convey a high-value proposition, and educate strategic partners to ‘tech-enable’ their customers’ ARC environments.

This person will facilitate product demonstrations, and training, answer product / sales questions, seek inclusion into new sales opportunities, and work seamlessly with the AuditBoard’s Strategic Partners, Alliance Directors, and broader sales team to drive field penetration and traction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out opportunities to evangelize AuditBoard’s value to partners

  • Lead compelling demonstrations and training of AuditBoard’s IT Risk and Compliance (ITRC) solutions to AuditBoard’s strategic partners tailored to a partners GTM approach

  • Maintain accurate mapping of partners’ field teams, penetration rates across our practice lines, and identify opportunities to increase our footprint

  • Maintain deep competitor intelligence to present key product competitive differentiators to partners

  • Mentor and cross-train partner resources and develop partner members’ skills+expertise

  • Support AuditBoard’s key partners as the go-to subject matter expert on AuditBoard

  • Work cross functionality with Product, Engineering, CAS, Marketing, Sales and Legal, serving as an advocate to partners

  • Manage and maintain partner demo sites and sandboxes

  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that will create new business opportunities

Attributes of a Successful Candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit, or associated field, preferably at large consulting/accounting firms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, Security+ preferred

  • Strong knowledge of information security frameworks and industry standards, such as ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, SOC2, among others a must

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Successfully demonstrated experience managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups preferred

  • Successfully demonstrated experience communicating and reporting to Senior leadership

  • Ability to flourish in a high growth and fast paced tech environment

  • Ability to travel for onsite meetings. Expectation 25-30%

  • Deep understanding of AuditBoard functionality/technical product preferred
