The Opportunity
As part of the Quality Engineering team you are to collaborate with product and support teams in order to identify automation needs, create test strategies, test plans, and design and build automation solutions. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

- Core Java and Javascript/NodeJS
- Linux environments including Ubuntu, Debian
- Docker, Kubernetes and cloud environments
- Big Data, Hadoop stack
- QA Automation process and testing methodology
- Continuous integration development and deployment
- REST/GraphQL and API Testing
- Collaborating with product and support teams
- Performing automation of various testing types

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
