Abnormal AI is built on the belief that AI isn’t a tool you adopt—it’s the way you work. As our first AI Enablement Specialist, you’ll help bring that belief to life across the company.
In this role, you’ll be more than a trainer. You’ll be a trusted builder, educator, and internal catalyst—helping teams adopt AI-native habits and design smarter, faster workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Glean, and more. You’ll create practical programs that accelerate adoption, demystify AI, and give every employee a clearer path to using these tools in meaningful ways.

What you'll do- Design and run hands-on training, workshops, and role-specific enablement that make AI practical and usable—starting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Glean
- Create clear, engaging documentation and playbooks that help teams integrate AI into daily workflows
- Build and scale a content engine in partnership with our AI Platform team—tracking new capabilities and turning them into usable resources fast
- Model best practices and new use cases. Help others see what’s possible by showing what works
- Measure what matters. Track adoption, effectiveness, and outcomes to improve how we enable and scale AI fluency
- Partner with Content Marketing to highlight internal success stories and share how AI is changing how we work
- Continuously explore new tools and techniques—and share your findings to keep us learning and moving forward
- Real examples of how you've used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Glean to change how you work
- Clear, confident communication skills—you can turn complexity into clarity across docs, decks, and live sessions
- Experience in enablement, L&D, internal comms, or similar roles focused on scaling knowledge and behavior change
- Strong facilitation skills—you’ve led workshops, coached peers, or taught new tools to cross-functional audiences
- A builder’s mindset—you’re energized by solving operational problems and designing repeatable systems
- Data fluency—you track what works, iterate fast, and care about measurable impact
- Experience with additional enterprise AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, custom GPTs, or agent-based AI
- Familiarity with platforms like Confluence or Notion for knowledge sharing
- Experience producing multimedia or video-based training content
