The salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
Strong understanding of statistical modelling, data structures, and algorithms
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong curiosity and desire to learn, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest AI and ML technologies.

• Producing rapid prototyping and development of new ideas.
Collaborating with Business stakeholders, software teams, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Implementing cutting edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements, while ensuring our thinking is at the forefront of innovation.
