We are looking for a technical expert who dives deep into LLMs, designs innovative architectures, and turns complex AI models into practical, stable products.

Your key responsibilities:

• Perform research on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions;

• Develop new AI solutions and participate in the architecture definition;

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific use cases and domains;

• Create and maintain prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks;

• Support and upgrade current AI solutions used in Production;

• Analyze data, design data collection, and assess the quality of the AI services.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a recent focus on Generative AI;

• Deep understanding of LLM operations, including prompt engineering;

• Deep understanding of LLM operations, including prompt engineering;

• Experience building and deploying AI agents using modern frameworks;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have:

• Completed a course or built a practical project in prompt design or LLM application;

• Familiarity with prompt-based agents or RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures.
