Zoom is seeking a Sales Technology & AI Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy organization. In this role, you will equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training to enhance their effectiveness. You'll collaborate with departments to develop strategies that streamline the sales process and improve performance, driving revenue growth.

About the Team

As part of the Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how Zoom's sales teams operate. You'll champion the adoption of AI solutions and sales technology, working cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing AI-driven sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to embed AI capabilities into sales workflows
  • Partnering with executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goals Designing and implement AI-powered sales tools and methodologies
  • Driving the adoption of AI solutions across sales teams and Go-To-Market functions
  • Analyzing the impact and ROI of AI implementations
  • Establishing the best practices for AI-enhanced sales operations
  • Applying AI technologies (e.g., GPT-4, NLP engines) to real-world GTM use cases such as messaging/copy generation, customer research, and seller workflows. You don't just read about AI you apply it.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations or enablement

  • Extensive understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications

  • Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in sales environments

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Background in SaaS/Cloud solutions preferred

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
