  • Measure and communicate product impact in terms of business outcomes and user experience.
AI Engineering & Implementation
  • Design robust and scalable applications by integrating leading LLMs, using RAG and context engineering.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, including time-series forecasting and regression, using structured data.
  • Build reliable, scalable, and secure backend services to support AI features.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, fairness, cost, latency, and overall product quality.
User Experience & Product Fit
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure AI features are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.
  • Balance technical feasibility with usability and customer value.
Software Engineering
  • Contribute to full-stack development (backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure; frontend as needed).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Apply modern DevOps/MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI systems.
Qualifications
  • 8+ year's experience in software engineering  (.Net, Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • 1+ year's experience in Product Management
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience deploying AI systems in production, preferably with LLMs or generative AI.
  • Experience working with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Snowflake) and modern data stacks.
  • Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition to delivery.
  • Ability to connect technical decisions to business impact and customer outcomes.
  • Comfort balancing speed, cost, and quality in decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial problem solver who thrives in ambiguity.
