About the Role

Yahoo Ads is seeking an AI Operations Strategist to help accelerate how the field builds with AI by rapidly assembling, hardening, orchestrating, and deploying lightweight generative AI and low-code/no-code workflows that solve real business needs.

Working closely with senior technical partners, you will turn lightweight ideas and prototypes into governed, usable tools that can be deployed to the field with confidence.

As part of the Sales Intelligence & AI team, you will support a demand-driven model that responds to real field needs, improves workflows, and helps scale repeatable solutions. You will play an important role in reviewing incoming community builds, strengthening promising ideas, documenting your work, and recognizing when a request should be escalated for deeper engineering support.

  • Identify opportunities to replace manual or repetitive field tasks with AI-augmented workflows, automated integrations, and structured prompt engineering.

  • Evaluate, test, and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to quality requirements prior to deployment.

  • Design, structure, and document solutions with logical choices that ensure they are sustainable, reusable, and easily understood by partners.

  • Iterate on tools through fast feedback loops, ensuring all field-facing solutions are practical, reliable, and aligned with team standards.

  • Manage incoming requests from the Business Builder community, providing first-line reviews and escalating complex architectural needs to engineering.

  • Enforce governance by ensuring all field-facing solutions adhere to team standards, operational protocols, and security guidelines.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an operations, automation, or analytics role delivering impactful business solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Copilot).

  • Proven track record of building, testing, validating, and deploying practical tools or automated workflows that solve operational challenges.

  • Strong logical reasoning and structural instincts, with a proven ability to break ambiguous problems into clean, reusable solutions.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to document technical work clearly for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated agility and resourcefulness in managing parallel workstreams while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with prompt design, evaluation of AI outputs, or structured interactions with AI agents.

  • Light scripting ability in Python, SQL, or a similar data manipulation language.

  • Exposure to sales operations, revenue enablement, or business-facing operational environments.

  • Experience supporting internal end-users with workflow, tooling, or process optimization.
