The successful candidate will be able to work in a diverse SAFe/Agile, .NET, environment with minimal supervision and constantly changing requirements. This is a senior level position, and the candidate will be expected to provide team and technical leadership, communications, and coordination.
Required Skills:
- Experience in development of secure web applications using .Net 4.x Framework
- Experience in C#, Webforms, MVC, Web API, ADO.Net, Entity Framework.
- Must be able to acquire a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with web-service development, in SOAP/XML, REST, JSON, WSD, jQuery, Bootstrap, Ajax, CSS
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, principals, and patterns
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Applicant must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DEVOP/CICD Pipeline, OWASP vulnerabilities
- Experience with GITHUB or GIT
- Experience in creating and maintaining SQL tables, views, stored procedures, functions and triggers
- Experience with SSDT, MS SSRS
- Experience in .NET Core Framework
- Experience in SAFe Agile
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.
- Maintain responsibility for activities that range from software design, coding, unit testing, and orchestration.
- Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives

- LLM Frameworks & Tools: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, DSPy, Semantic Kernel (Microsoft)
- Vector Databases: Azure AI Search (vector search), Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB vCore
- Embedding Models: Azure OpenAI embeddings (text-embedding-ada-002, text-embedding-3), Cohere, or open-source models (Sentence-Transformers, BGE, E5)
- LLM APIs & Deployment: Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, GPT-4 Turbo, GPT-3.5), Anthropic, prompt flow for orchestration
- Agent Frameworks: ReAct, function calling, tool integration, memory systems, planning algorithms (Tree-of-Thoughts, ReWOO), Azure AI Agent Service
- Evaluation Tools: RAGAS, TruLens, DeepEval, Azure AI Evaluation SDK, or custom evaluation harnesses; A/B testing for LLM applications
Azure Cloud & AI Services
- Azure OpenAI Service: Model deployment, API management, content filtering, quota management, and responsible AI features
- Azure AI Search: Semantic search, vector search, hybrid search configurations, indexers, skillsets, and search analytics
- Azure AI Services: Document Intelligence (form recognizer), Computer Vision, Speech Services, Language Understanding
- Azure Data Services: Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory for data pipelines
