Most mid-sized companies still use outdated business applications that slow them down. We’re building an AI-focused consulting firm that helps them modernize, starting with finance and accounting software.

We partner with the most advanced AI-native platforms in the world (like Rillet and Ramp) to bring clarity, automation, and speed to the heart of business operations. Our team blends deep finance expertise with a builder’s mindset, acting as trusted consultants, implementers, and orchestrators of AI. We believe every company runs better when its numbers are in order—and we exist to make that happen.

You’ll love this role if you’re an accountant or finance professional who’s ready to build. You’re excited by the idea of helping CFOs modernize their operations with AI-native tools and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves—configuring systems, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable impact. You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments where ownership is real and outcomes matter. You bring credibility with finance leaders, curiosity about technology, and the drive to help shape how the next generation of ERP consulting gets done.

What you'll do

  • Lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI.
  • Design and configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems.
  • Build the playbook—document best practices, refine delivery processes, and help scale our consulting practice.
  • Support sales, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear scoping for new clients.
  • Deliver excellence—projects on time, customers delighted, and systems that work the first time.
  • Stay curious—continuously learn new tools, automations, and workflows that push what’s possible in modern finance systems.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation—ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
  • Hands-on accounting background (public audit/assurance or industry GL, Revenue, or Consolidations) with a strong grasp of US GAAP and the full close process.
  • ERP fluency—comfortable working in systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and quick to learn next-gen platforms like Rillet.
  • Proven ability to translate accounting and operational workflows into scalable, automated solutions.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; you can manage multiple implementations, earn trust with CFOs, and deliver results on time.
  • Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take pride in building things the right way.
  • Nice to have: CPA (active or inactive), prior client-facing or consulting experience, and familiarity with ASC 606 / SaaS revenue recognition.

What we offer

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: We offer strong compensation with performance-based bonuses. You’ll also have access to high-quality health coverage.
  • Room to Grow: We are a small, high-performing team building something enduring. You’ll work closely with the CEO (based in Grand Rapids, MI) and other early team members as we shape the firm together. As our company scales, so will your role, your impact, and your opportunity for advancement.
  • Flexibility That Works: We value both the focus that comes with remote work and the creativity that happens in person. While our core team is centered in Grand Rapids, we welcome remote teammates and travel periodically to partner hubs in San Francisco and New York for collaboration and connection. We offer flexible PTO and company-wide holidays so you can recharge when you need it.
  • Meaningful Connection: We believe great work happens in community. You’ll join a tight-knit team that values real relationships—whether that’s working together in person, collaborating virtually, or gathering for team offsites as we build something that lasts.
