Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team at Marsh McLennan Innovation Centre (MMCIC) This role will be based in Dublin.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As AI Innovation Product Leader, you will join a global product leadership team, with responsibility to lead the adaptation of our core product set to incorporate AI and its potential into client-facing, consultant-facing and internal solutions. 

This is a unique role where you will be at the forefront of our AI evolution benefiting our Marsh and Mercer clients and colleagues. Leading AI innovation for the business managing product development and innovation processes and pipelines.

You will help us identify, introduce and embrace advanced technologies, to further develop market-leading AI products, within our Career business specializing in talent management-related solutions but may stretch across many subject matter domains. 

We will count on you to:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions that align with Mercer Career’s overall AI strategy and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ideate and refine concepts through market research and competitive analysis, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the AI space.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, and other teams including external agencies to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Leverage CX insights to inform product development, ensuring that AI solutions deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Engage with clients and customers to gather feedback and validate product concepts, features, and usability, ensuring a user centric approach throughout the development process.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to execution and launch, ensuring timely delivery of meaningful AI products.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, utilizing analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for AI initiatives.

What you need to have: 

  • Background in Product Development and Management delivering AI, data analytics, or technology driven products, at scale.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and their application in business.  Ability to recognize opportunities to leverage AI to upgrade traditional processes and technologies.
  • Proven talent in Customer Experience (CX) & User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) design.
  • Experience with digital transformation and change management

  • Proven history of having built successful AI products at scale and within large organisations.
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies, ideally with certification.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies or proficiency in programming language such as Python, R, & SQL.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
