Position Description
iBusiness Funding is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AI Enterprise Sales Executive to lead the sales efforts for our AI-driven solutions, including our flagship product, Lendsey. This role will be key in driving new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and expanding our AI agentic solutions portfolio to banks, lenders, and other financial institutions.

Lendsey is our cutting-edge AI-driven platform that automates the SBA loan origination process, helping small businesses access capital faster and more efficiently. As an AI-powered solution, it offers banks and lenders a significant edge in streamlining operations, reducing costs, and providing superior customer service.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts for Lendsey and other AI agentic solutions. Develop and execute sales strategies to target enterprise clients in the banking and financial services sectors.
- Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including banks, lenders, and fintech companies, to drive new revenue streams for AI solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the target industry.
- Product Expertise: Be an expert in AI in general and keep up with how AI is involved in finance. Including understanding both the technical and business aspects to effectively position the products to potential clients.
- AI evangelism: Be an active and regular speaker at conferences evangelizing the use of safe secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing. Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate the value of our AI solutions.
- Client Needs Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and pain points. Tailor the solutions to meet their business objectives, ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of Lendsey and other AI tools.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and customer journey.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, report on key performance metrics, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in selling AI solutions, SaaS products, or financial technology solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the banking, lending, or financial services industry. Familiarity with the challenges in loan origination, compliance, and operational efficiencies is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI technologies, SaaS platforms, and their applications in the financial sector. Ability to grasp technical details and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing. Experience managing large accounts and building long-term relationships.
- Communication: Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. With track record of speaking at conferences and in front of crowds. Ability to influence decision-makers and articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
