Overview

You will join Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank Technology team to help shape how AI is applied across complex enterprise systems and data environments. You’ll work at the forefront of advanced analytics, using cutting-edge AI techniques to extract insights, drive decision-making, and modernize how large-scale platforms operate. This role gives you the opportunity to solve highly complex problems while directly influencing how AI capabilities are built and scaled across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and apply advanced analytical models to extract insights from large-scale enterprise data
  • Develop AI-driven approaches to uncover patterns, relationships, and operational trends
  • Build and optimize AI workflows to improve accuracy, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate and enhance AI outputs through structured testing and measurement techniques
  • Leverage AI to analyze and interpret complex enterprise systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate analytical findings into scalable solutions

How You’ll Lead

  • Partner with engineering and platform teams to integrate AI-driven insights into production environments
  • Work closely with technical stakeholders to define analytical approaches and success criteria
  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide AI experimentation and evaluation across teams

Skills You’ll Need

  • Strong experience with Python and data-driven problem solving
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or AI techniques
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Ability to design and evaluate analytical models or data-driven solutions
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and workflows

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary  office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model. 

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185,000.  Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.  Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
