The AI Creative Manager will lead AI-driven content creation for social media, mentor junior team members, and optimize creative workflows.
We are looking for a creative, strategically minded AI Content Specialist who can help shape and elevate our approach to AI-powered content development. This person will guide the ideation, production, and refinement of short-form social content while contributing to scalable creative systems that support growth across channels. They will play a key role in supporting creative leadership and AI Studio operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, efficient workflows, and ongoing exploration of emerging AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited by experimentation, fluent in fast-paced creative processes, and eager to blend storytelling with cutting-edge technology.
This is a full-time position through November 2026, with the opportunity for extension.
Responsibilities are listed below:
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Lead creative concepting, storyboarding, and production for AI-generated social media content.
- Manage daily posting and engagement across multiple platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts).
- Collaborate with other teams to align creative output with message goals and cultural trends.
- Use analytics and audience insights to optimize content formats and creative strategy.
AI-Driven Production
- Design and produce short-form videos, visuals, and copy using AI tools (Runway, Higgsifield, Veo, ChatGPT, Sora, etc.).
- Build scalable creative systems for content production using automation and generative tools.
- Stay on top of emerging AI capabilities and train junior team members on new creative workflows and tools.
Creative Leadership
- Mentor interns and contributors on creative best practices and AI tools.
- Contribute to Vocal’s innovation initiatives, exploring how AI can enhance storytelling and campaign impact.
- Partner with the Director of AI Creative Strategy + Senior Director of Innovation to prototype new formats and creative processes.
Program Operations & Administration
- Manage AI Studio operations, including tracking workflows, creative requests, and production timelines across multiple client programs.
- Oversee and optimize systems for assigning projects, managing deliverables, and maintaining consistent communication between teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments on administrative requirements, workflow integration, and tool implementation to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.
- Support hiring and onboarding of AI Social Media Managers and ensure ongoing training on emerging AI tools and production methods.
Qualifications - Required
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or creative production (internship experience counts).
- Proven ability to create engaging short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (image or video generation).
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent creative instincts and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience leading small creative teams or managing content calendars.
- Familiarity with automation tools or AI workflows
- Knowledge of analytics tools and social media growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of culture, internet trends, and platform-native storytelling.
