The Role & Your Mission:

As an AI Change Manager, you will drive organizational readiness, acceptance, and adoption of AI and/or other innovations. You will connect with the broader tech community and the business and help evangelize the AI-powered solutions for clients worldwide through effective planning, stakeholder management, communication, and training.

We will count on you to:

• Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans to ensure the adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to AI, including effective communications and training.
• Lead the identification and analysis of changes, business impacts, and training needs.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating effective communication throughout the transition.
• Co-develop and co-implement communication, product marketing and training plans to ensure a seamless integration of new strategies.
• Manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies for smooth transitions.

Your Experience & Skills: 

• 5+ years of working experience in corporate training, communication, and/or change management, preferably in IT and/or tech companies.
• Strong consulting and program management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level.
• Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions, levels and functions.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci).
• A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player.

What Makes You Stand Out: 

• Previous working experience in IT or tech companies.
• Strong knowledge and skillset of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud.
